个人简介

Dr Simone Lamon is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST), where he works at the Institute of Photonic Chips (IPC) and the Centre for Artificial-Intelligence Nanophotonics (CAIN). In September 2019, he received his PhD in Applied Physics from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in Melbourne, Australia. He served as a postdoctoral researcher at RMIT University's ARC Centre of Excellence for Nanoscale BioPhotonics (CNBP) in 2019 and 2020. He joined the IPC and CAIN at USST in March 2021. In 2021, he was awarded the 70th batch of general funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and “Super postdoctoral incentive”. He has articles in Nature Review Materials, Science Advances, Advanced Optical Materials, and APL Photonics. He gave invited speeches at SPIE Optics and Photonics and spoke at various national and international conferences.

 

研究方向

Dr Lamon research focuses on super-resolution optical technology, optical nanomaterials, and machine learning technology for nanophotonics-enabled optical data storage, optical nanolithography, and super-resolution optical imaging.
